Exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotations valid 30 days.

4. Payment

Within 14 days of invoice date.

5. Liability

Limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant assignment in the preceding three months.

6. Intellectual property

Property of CyberVelvet until full payment.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law. Court of Rotterdam.
